We hope you love your purchase. However, if you're not happy with your order our returns policy lasts 30 days. You must return any items within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if you miss the 30 days deadline.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure you keep proof of postage until we have confirmed receiving your return.
Your returned products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including sale items and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings for pierced ears.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the individual maker.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved for a full refund, then your refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be paid back to the original payment method used at the checkout. It is worth noting that payments can take a few days to show on your bank statement.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us following the guidelines above.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or if it was given to you as a gift we would require the person who bought the item originally to return the product following the guidelines above. We can only refund the original card that was used to place the order.
We cannot be held responsible if your return is damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
