We know how annoying it is when you see something you love but it’s out of stock! You can sign up for a Back in Stock notification on the product page by clicking the 'Email me when available' button on the left hand side of the screen. We’ll send you an email as soon as your favourite item is back in stock.

Can I change order details such as shipping address once my order has been placed?

If you notice you’ve made a mistake or need to update any details once your order has been placed send us an email

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express.You can also pay by Paypal. Is my payment information protected? Most definitely. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We don’t store any of you payment information.

How do I cancel my order?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know you want to cancel your order. Somethings things just don’t work out.

Where is my order?

You should have received an email notification to let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time frame email us at and we’ll track it down for you.

How long will delivery take?

This depends on what delivery option you have selected at the checkout. Our free delivery on orders over £50 usually takes 3-4 working days. Check your order confirmation for a reminder.

My order has arrived damaged.

We do our very best to pack up each order as well as possible to survive the journey to your door. If your order has not arrived in perfect condition please email us with photos of the damage at and we will get back to you with the best solution.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a valid discount code (lucky you!), there is a Discount Code field on the top right hand side of the checkout page if using a desktop computer. If you are using a mobile or tablet you must click a drop down arrow to reveal the discount code field. The discount will automatically be applied to your order. Please remember you can only use one code at a time.

How to I use a Gift Card?

To purchase a Gift Card visit

Once ordered you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value. Gift cards expire 2 years after purchase.

If you are buying a gift card for someone else, then it is your responsibility to forward the gift card email to the recipient.

Using your gift card

  • Curious Makers gift cards hold a balance that can be spent over more than one order. If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, click Complete order.
  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
  • We can’t accept any responsibility for stolen, lost or deleted gift vouchers.
  • Gift cards can sometimes be caught in spam filters. Make sure your recipient has received their gift card, as it is their responsibility to keep the gift card safe.
  • We can’t take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside of our control.


Returns and Refunds

How to I return my order?

We hope you love your purchase, however if you’d like to return your order you have 30 days to let us know and return the item to us. You are responsible for paying the return postage. Make sure to keep proof of postage until we have confirmed receiving your return. Email for return address.

When will my refund be processed?

We process returns as soon as we receive them. We’ll email you to let you know that we have received your return and, if you are eligible for a refund, it will be paid within 7 days of receiving the return. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method used at the checkout and you will receive a refund confirmation email once it has been paid.
